The first session will be approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes in order to go over in depth Health Intake, physical assessment which includes tongue and pulse diagnosis, and acupuncture treatment. Initial treatment includes acupuncture + additional modalities such as moxa, cupping, gua sha or tui na as you and practitioner see fit. We will discuss your treatment plan as well as provide you the opportunity to ask any questions you have.

Follow up sessions will take 1 hour and are suggested once a week but vary depending on your health goals and degree of condition. Each follow up treatment includes acupuncture + additional modalities such as moxa, cupping, gua sha or tui na as you and practitioner see fit.

Facial acupuncture first session will take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Facial acupuncture incorporates points on the face to reduce the appearance of fine lines, increase muscle tone and brighten the complexion. The first appointment includes health intake, facial acupuncture, facial cupping and facial gua sha.
